QuestionHR.com is operated by Expolious LLC. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Free questions are anonymous: we collect only the question, the optional topic and the optional country and state. For paid answers we also collect your name, email address, country, state or province and city, and PayPal processes your payment; we receive a transaction reference, not your card or bank details.

How we use it

To answer your question, email paid answers to you, confirm payments, prevent abuse and improve the service. For free questions, the question text and location may be sent to an AI service provider to generate the instant general answer. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

Our site is hosted by Namecheap. Payments are processed by PayPal. Email is delivered through our hosting and Microsoft 365. Instant answers may use a third-party AI provider. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.

Security and retention

Questions are stored in a private area of our server, not in public web folders. Unpaid questions are deleted after 7 days and other questions after about 180 days. Emails may be kept longer in our mailbox. To limit abuse we keep a short-lived, salted fingerprint of visitors, not your IP address.

Don't send confidential, medical or other sensitive personal information about real employees or applicants.
