How long until I get my answer?
- Free answer: shown right away on the next page. Free questions are anonymous, so we don't email you unless you ask us to email the answer.
- Detailed Answer ($1.99): our SI expert emails it to you, usually within 2 business days.
- In-depth Write-Up Review ($1.99): emailed to you, usually within 2 business days.
- Check My Write-Up ($1.99): usually shown right away on the results page and emailed to you. Photo orders get an extra automated name check first, so results arrive within 1 business day.
- Small-business bundle ($7.99): your code appears right away and is emailed to you.
After a paid order, we email a confirmation with your reference number. Keep it for any questions.
Haven't heard back?
Check your spam or junk folder first. Then reply to your confirmation email, or write to ingrid@expolious.com with your reference number.
How do I pay?
Payments go through PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, with a debit or credit card without a PayPal account. We never see your card or bank details. Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
Refunds and billing problems
Payment terms are in our Terms of Use. If something went wrong with a payment or an order, email ingrid@expolious.com with your reference number and we'll look into it.
Which files can I send for Check My Write-Up?
A PDF, DOCX or TXT file up to 2 MB, or photos of a paper write-up (JPG or PNG, up to 5 pages). You can also type or paste the text. Uploaded files are deleted right after the text is read; photos are deleted from our server right after the text is read and are never saved.
How long do you keep my information?
- Unpaid questions are deleted after 7 days, and other questions after about 180 days.
- For Check My Write-Up, the redacted text and follow-up questions are kept for up to 7 days, or until all 3 follow-up questions are used, then deleted.
- Emails may be kept longer in our mailbox.
- To ask about, correct or delete your information early, email ingrid@expolious.com.
