Can I be fired for being pregnant?
Pregnancy discrimination is prohibited by federal law for covered employers. Talk to an employment lawyer or the EEOC if you think it happened.
Can I get leave?
You may qualify for FMLA leave, state leave or employer leave. See the FMLA page.
What accommodations can I ask for?
Examples include more breaks, a stool, schedule changes or lighter duties. The EEOC explains the rules.
